By accessing and playing Mushroom Woods (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. We may revise these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any revision.
About the Game
Mushroom Woods is a free, browser-based maze exploration game in which players guide a forest sprite through procedurally generated root passages and collect mushrooms. The game contains no violent content, no gambling mechanics, and no in-game purchases. It is intended as a calm, enjoyable experience for all ages.
Permitted Use
You may play Mushroom Woods freely for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and share the game's URL with others. Recording or streaming gameplay for non-commercial content is welcome, provided Mushroom Woods is credited.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the game's source code, use automated scripts to interfere with normal gameplay, or misrepresent ownership of Mushroom Woods or distribute modified versions under its name.
Intellectual Property
All visuals, code, and design elements of Mushroom Woods remain the property of their respective creators. These Terms grant no licence to reproduce or distribute game assets outside of normal browser caching during play.
No Warranties
Mushroom Woods is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. The game may be updated, modified, or discontinued without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of Mushroom Woods are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. As the game involves no financial transactions, no monetary claims arise from its use.
Third-Party Services
Mushroom Woods loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your use of those resources is subject to Google's own terms. We are not responsible for any third-party service the game references.
Privacy
Your use of Mushroom Woods is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the limited information that may be processed when you play.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Mushroom Woods regarding your use of the game.
